I went into where my “casino host” has his desk and complained to him that I was not happy - in fact pissed that was the response I received from the manager. She would not remove his hold on the slots and I will reiterate they were not being played for an hour where the casino could have been collecting revenue. She had the audacity to tell me that they spend a lot of money playing those slots - like the rest of us don’t - in fact I have lost thousands in one day playing them. I made a complaint to one of the casino workers who directed me to the manager. but not to hold a set of slots for an hour while people like myself enjoy playing “Dragon Link” - in fact they are my favorite slots to play. I understand if you have to go use the restroom, ATM, get a cash advance, etc. The 4th machine he couldn’t get to because someone else had been playing it. I’m assuming that he was holding (1) for his wife and someone else.
I’ve been playing at The Casino at Dania Beach for several years and when I visited the casino yesterday, I went to play (1) of a set (4) slots that were just installed in early summer called, “Dragon Link.” A patron who I have seen play there with his wife was sitting on one machine and holding (2) others.
